Amy Brangwyn has been studying yoga for fifteen years and teaching for five. She earned her 200 Hrs Teacher Training Certificate in India where she studied yogic principles extensively for two years. She is qualified to teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa Flow and Aerial Yoga. She is a writer who studied English Language and Literature at King's College London, and also Nutritional Medicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Amy loves to help others along their yoga journey, facilitating wellness retreats with a focus on movement and nutrition to improve mental health.
