Dr. Jennifer Trent is a board-certified dermatologist based in Florida. She received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Miami and her medical degree (MD) from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Her research is focused on inpatient dermatology and wound healing, which has earned her several prestigious awards, including the Young Investigators award for research from the American Academy of Dermatology and the coveted Castle Connelly Top Doctor award.
Dr. Trent published over 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals that consisted of her clinical research and review articles. She also published six chapters in various dermatologic textbooks on surgery and wound care. Moreover, she is a co-author of a textbook on dermatologic diseases and therapy, which McGraw-Hill Co, Inc published.
