Jerm, an experienced certified medical writer and scientist with a demonstrated history of working in the medical policy, research, and higher education industries, earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in biological chemistry from the University of Michigan Medical School and a Master of Arts degree in biochemistry from Duke University. He has worked and collaborated with several healthcare companies, advocating for patient access to appropriate, high-quality, evidence-based care. Jerm has served on the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) Board of Directors for the Florida chapter since 2021.
