She holds a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health Sciences from Maastricht University in the Netherlands and a Master's degree in Medical and Nutrition Sciences from Karolinska Institute in Sweden. With over 7 years of experience in science communication, she has published research in the field of nutritional pharmacotherapy in an international peer-reviewed scientific journal and worked on projects with global food brands, and conducted a research study with UNICEF.
