Dr. Lucia Aronica, PhD, is Lecturer at Stanford University, Genomics R&D Lead at Metagenics Inc., and an acclaimed speaker in the field of personalized lifestyle and longevity medicine. Her research and teaching focus on nutrigenomics — the science of how diet, genetics, and epigenetics interact with each other to impact our health and longevity. She works closely with clinicians to bring nutrigenomics to personalized lifestyle medicine and into the hands of patients.
