Pezad Doctor, MD

Dr. Pezad Doctor, is a board-certified pediatrician and is currently pursuing further training in pediatric cardiology at Children's Health- University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, USA. Dr Pezad completed his medical school in Mumbai, India and then moved to the US for further training in pediatrics as he is very passionate about children’s health. Pezad has published many research studies in general pediatrics and pediatric cardiology on cardiovascular magnetic resonance, implantable cardiac devices, and pediatric arrhythmias, receiving multiple citations to his research. He is aspiring to do further training in advanced cardiac imaging and is pursuing further research in children with coronary artery anomalies and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. He strongly believes that “prevention is better than cure” and is passionate about counseling parents of children with congenital heart diseases to lead a healthy lifestyle.
