There’s not much point in being born, studying, working, and paying taxes if you don’t have a fair chance of surviving and living a happy, fulfilling life. And a big part of that is getting optimal healthcare at a fair cost. It’s a bare necessity, just like water and nutritious food. Healthcare costs in the U.S. and some countries in Europe are going through the roof, making it difficult to impossible for many people. In many cases, it’s reaching from expensive to legalized theft."
